When you report an issue, tell us your device (iPhone, iPad or Mac), your iOS, iPadOS or macOS version, and the steps that led to the problem. The detail helps us help you quickly.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store. We can help with receipts and restoring a purchase. Refunds and billing are managed by Apple through your Apple ID.
Your privacy
YearDiary keeps your entries on your device and your own iCloud, so we cannot see your journal. Please do not include private entries when you write to us.
